Peppermint Essential Oil

Peppermint Essential Oil is mainly used for its therapeutic benefits, but it is also widely used for making perfumes, candles, and other scented goods. It is also used in aromatherapy due to its uplifting fragrance that positively affects your mind and mood. Peppermint Essential oil is best known for its anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial, and astringent properties.
Peppermint oil is high in omega-3 fatty acids, Vitamin A, C, minerals, manganese, iron, calcium, magnesium, folate, copper, and potassium.

(We recommend a patch test before use). As Essential oils are highly concentrated, DO NOT use them directly on the skin. Always dilute them before use with a carrier oil (i.e. Coconut oil, Almond oil, Avocado oil etc).  2% dilution recommended.
